Do you take custom orders?
If you’d like to see a design we’ve already made on a different item, like a kids tee or mug, or in another color than what you see on our website, please contact us! We’d be happy to take your request!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Orders over $75 receive free shipping!
Do you ship outside the US?
Most products are eligible for international shipping - if they are not, it will be indicated on the listing and at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact us.
When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made-to-order, so we don’t have stock ready to ship. Since each piece is made custom, allow 3-5 business days for printing and processing, and 2-5 days for shipping. We promise it’s worth the wait!
What is your return/exchange policy?
Because all pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept any exchanges or returns. If your item is damaged or flawed, see the “My item is damaged/flawed - what can I do?” FAQ!
My item is damaged/flawed - what can I do?
We're so sorry this happened! The printer is responsible for inspecting your custom items before they ship, but sometimes they do miss flaws. After your order is delivered, you’ll receive an email. Click on the “Report a Problem” button and follow the instructions!
Where are your products manufactured?
Our designs are created in Cleveland, Ohio and our products are manufactured both locally and globally based on where they're being shipped. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality!
